How to delete your account and data
Effective from TBD
This page explains how to delete your Calora AI account and all its data. The Calora AI app is published by BR TEAM PRO SRL.
In the app
- Open the “Profile” tab.
- Choose “Data and privacy”.
- Tap “Delete account and data” and confirm with “Delete account”.
This works both for an account you signed in to and for a guest account. You are signed out at once, and the data is deleted in the background shortly after. Deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in the store’s subscription settings.
To delete only your photos and keep entries and numbers, tap “Delete all photos” on the same screen.
Without the app
Write to support@caloraai.app from the address linked to your account and say how you signed in: with Apple, Google or by email. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours. We delete the account and reply within one month.
A guest account is not linked to an email, so it can only be deleted in the app. If a guest account is not used for 30 days, it is deleted automatically.
What is deleted
- the account: email, name, sign-in methods, settings;
- profile and goals, diary, scans and their results;
- all photos and thumbnails, data export archives;
- email sign-in codes;
- purchase history at RevenueCat.
What remains
- a device record — the random installation identifier and a mark that the trial scan was used, not linked to any account;
- irreversible hashes of your sign-in methods with the limits still running: scans used in the current week or subscription month, the times of unpaid scans and the number of photo uploads in the last 24 hours — each until its period ends, so that signing in again does not reset the limits;
- app events in PostHog and error reports in Sentry with a pseudonymous identifier — for up to 365 days and 90 days respectively; it is no longer linked to the deleted account;
- total AI costs per day, without users;
- database backups — for up to 14 days, then they are replaced by new ones;
- purchase records at Apple and Google — under their own rules.
